People will firstly need to identify these issues that are likely to cause them anxiety. After these issues are identified, the preparation process to address them can start. By understanding the situations and studying about them, people can increase their knowledge about these issues that can help them to be prepared. Readiness increases the confidence levels, thereby reducing the threat of embarrassment involved with such situations. This type of preparation can help people to overcome anxiety in most of the situations. However, anxiety can be caused by various types of situations and it becomes improbable to plan for every contingency. So, people will also need to condition their mental state of health to overcome these situations, even if they are not ready to face them. As per the dictionary, anxiety is defined as a state of mind that displays fear and apprehension, which is induced by the threat of an impending danger, unforeseen circumstances and situations for which the people are not prepared for. Scientifically, anxiety definition is a little more elaborate. It includes the relationship between mental state and symptoms.
